I wanted to share my experience with this company because when I was assigned this company by a broker to ship my car from California to Florida I did a review search to see other peoples experiences as they were shipping my beloved car. Most of the reviews were negative and I was really worried that they were going to steal items out of my car or damage it. I packed my car with a lot of personal items but made sure not to go higher than the window limit so the driver could still see. Upon the car's arrival in Florida I found that all my personal items were untouched in the car and my car was in the same condition I had shipped it in besides the normal dirt on the outside from shipping it uncovered across country. I would use this company again. Thank you!

Had a very pleasant first transport experience! Car came all the way from New York and arrived in a timely manner with no damage. Highly recommend!

Like someone before me, I was a bit concerned to see low reviews when I was assigned a Skyline driver by my broker. However, my experience with Skyline has been great. I've been fortunate to have relative flexibility in my schedule, a necessity for car shipping. I was transporting my car from CA to FL. Skyline gave a full day's notice before pick-up and drop-off to set a smaller window, enough time to rearrange my schedule, and gave an additional check-in about 30 minutes before either exchange. My driver, Johnny, was very sweet and patient, and my car came back in perfect condition a bit earlier than they had originally allotted for. I am very grateful for their transparent and prompt service!

My vehicle was being transported from California to Pennsylvania, initially I was told 7 days. That 7 days turned into 13 days. There was poor communication between them and the company that hired them to complete the job. They were on two different pages. The broker would say 1 day for delivery, when I finally got in contact with the driver after a week I found out my vehicle was still on the west coast. I made changes in my schedule to accommodate the new delivery date that I was given, which happened to be changed several times throughout the initial delivery date. No one cared, I was given excuse after excuse, and there were a couple of times I was in contact with the driver who also gave me incorrect delivery information. I waited all day after again being told a certain day and time. When he did not show at that time, my calls were ignored and I had to call the main number who also could not get in contact with him. I wasted a lot of time and money during this transport. It’s not worth the hassle, find a more reputable transportation company to deliver your vehicle. If going through a broker, make sure this is not the company they are hiring!

DO NOT hire this company! I hired TM Shipping to transport my car and they used Skyline. To start, both companies' staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and apathetic. My car was in the destination state on a Sunday. After multiple calls to schedule a pickup, I did not have a time and place until Wednesday. When I went to the pickup location, they had brought THE WRONG CAR! This company was ready to allow me to walk away with somebody else's car. Finally, they delivered my car on Friday. If you want good communication and a reliable, timely company, DO NOT USE THIS ONE!
