Wonderful experience for a local move, can’t recommend them enough! The 4 guys who moved us were total pros, arriving at the beginning of the time window ready to go. They wrapped our furniture appropriately, carried everything carefully, and accomplished both at a good pace. The guys were friendly yet professional, worked well together, and got everything done quickly and correctly. They were gracious to help with our request to move some furniture that we no longer needed to the curb. Payment was as quoted, and I actually can’t think of a single thing that we were unhappy with during the move. If you need reliable movers, look no further!

NO STARS They are not good at all for long distance moving maybe local I moved from Bayonne NJ to Orlando Florida using this company. I paid $350 deposit over the phone with Mike to set up the move. The initial pick-up process and people were professional and friendly. However, they were moving a tad bit too fast, everything was a rush. Upon arrival I paid the $855 via zelle so I can avoid that service fee, and the remaining $851.81 would be paid when my items reached my destination. They wrapped my things very securely. Well at least I thought they did. I had to pay an additional $75 for them to wrap my mirrors and pictures to prevent damage, as they stated my wrapping wasn't good enough. So of course, I paid it to avoid the damage. They picked up my things on February 28th, 8am and they arrived with my things on March 13th, around 7pm . We were told 8-10 days; it took a total of 13 days. Furthermore, when the drivers arrived to me in Orlando, the first thing they asked for was the money. It also appeared to be a completely different company from the original people. Anyway, they were too afraid /LAZY to back into my development and there was ample room. Not only have I seen 2 trucks the same size back into my development already since I been here; but my husband is also a truck driver and could have backed into the development with his eyes closed, and even offered to guide the driver. The driver called his boss and his boss call my spouse. They asked for an additional $350 to shuttle it. That's not my problem. I paid for a service, how you get it into my complex is not my issue. Why would I pay more for something that I already paid for. Long story short the job was unfinished. The driver and helper unloaded our things onto the curb. You heard me that's right the curb! About 700 feet away from my residence. This was supposed to be door to door service. The driver said they can only do within 75 feet from the trailer. So, my husband and I had to literally bring our cars around and load and unload them ourselves, back and forth countless trips. As they unloaded our belongings onto a curb. We had to carry the mattress, box springs big items into the house on our own. It took us about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to finish the job that we paid over $2k for. After paying $2052.81 for the service, you would think my items would have arrived the way the left undamaged, and in good condition. After all that damn repackaging etc. They indeed stuff your stuff on that truck squeezing it with other people things. As I watched them unload my things and how things were smooshed together. They shouldn't hire drivers that can't drive. This drivers CDL should be revoked. How can you be a driver and scared to operate the truck. So, on top of my grievance of my damages, I am vexed that I had to unload my own things. When all this man had to do was back down the entry way. I posted pictures of the space, he had to back in, and damages That made no sense. We paid all of that money just to still do the work ourselves. After unpacking my items my brand-new table is severely damaged, legs bent, and a huge dent on the corner. The mirror that I paid an extra $75 for them to wrap to avoid damage is completely shattered. I'm also missing a large box with all of my bathroom things, hair supplies, flat irons, jewelry, just a tons of things were in that box, and along with a missing bin. If anyone has my things please return them. The driver said he would have the office check the warehouse. They have yet to find my things and advised me that the trip was complete. I chose this company because of all the great reviews but I will not be using them in the future and will indeed not recommend to any of my friends nor family. I am beyond unsatisfied, and disappointed. How do you lose some ones things! Money cannot even compensate the damages for my items as they are heirlooms, nor the missing box and bin and the frustration. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My daughter was told one moving date then strung along for two weeks before the mover they contracted with (Interstate and Discover movers) even put her belongings on a truck for delivery. They increased the initial price when they picked up her stuff even though she did all of the packing herself and they only had to wrap one item. After waiting for 20 days! To get her belongings, They had the nerve to not deliver because they couldn’t bring the truck to her street. There is a major two lane street half a block away from her house! Instead, They made her rent a U-Haul -and meet them at a nearby big box store! and then were going to charge her another $400 to help her unload her stuff at her home!! The representatives were unhelpful, didn’t call back when they said they would and when questioned about the false dates said, “our policies were in the information we emailed you”. The date issues were not in there. We will never use these companies again! Spend the extra money and find someone else up front because these people will price gauge you and you’ll end up paying more in the long run!!

They gave me the best price, showed up on time, the move took the estimated time we thought and they were very easy to work with. I would 100% recommend!

Excellent job. Everything went perfect. Great group of very respectful guys. Crew kept us updated the entire move. Definitely recommend these guys.
