I am pretty sure most motorists that cross into Colorado from Kansas on interstate 70 will agree that Colorado is not taking care of interstate 70 in eastern Colorado. Since I have not been in interstate 70 in the western part of the state for years, I am not sure if they maintain that any better. My guess is the western part of 70 does not get overlooked, like the eastern part. You immediately know you have crossed into the state of Colorado because your vehicle goes bumpity bump. It feels like your tire is going flat. Having crossed over eastern Colorado in the last week, I now see they are making some attempt, but this is long overdue. Maybe if the state of Kansas was not doing such an excellent job at maintaining 70 in their state, you would not notice how poorly maintained eastern 70 is in Colorado. I am reading so many one star reviews on this site about people being given fines/tickets, and they have not been given the right to dispute them. Where is all the money going if the roads are not being maintained?

If I could give them negative stars I would. Does anyone ever look at these comments and think about their program. They must not have a public affairs department. This is the worst run organization. I understand fines for real violations, I see people doing it all the time. But for people that have honestly made a mistake, once, and never had a previous violation? Why even have a dispute process if you don’t fairly look at the cases? It’s only if your vehicle was stolen. Poor signage and bad design account for so many violations. This is unethical, especially relating to a government organization.

I have zero reason to enter or leave over a double white line. When you have the toll pass, you don't worry, and you just enjoy the lane. So when we received a violation, I assumed it was an error, and when they say they will "review" your dispute, they mean they will respond within 24 hours telling you, you own them money. No real explanation on why or refer to pictures they say are proff, but nothing in the picture shows where you are located other than a time and location stamp THEY put on the photo. I wanna see proof that my vehicle is located where you say it is. Better yet, if you are gonna make money off of us, fix the damn roads! Make it so that when you enter Colorado, it's as smooth as leaving the other states. Our roads are a joke! The best part is that the letter came from the Colorado Transportation INVESTMENT Office. What are you investing in with all the money you are making off us? Clearly, it's not going back to Colorados roadways. Such a disappointment.

Mistakenly entered the Express Toll lane when taking wrong on-ramp onto 470 from 25 north. People started racing up behind me so I exited the lane I never chose to be in to start. Received a $75 ticket for being a tax paying citizen on a public highway. Respectfully offered a dispute request explaining the situation. Waste of time. They don't care. How else can they collect money to pay their salaries. Any customer service org that does not include names of people you are exchanging with are obviously hiding their unethical practices. Wish our government officials would take note.

Unlawful cash grabbing scam. I received a ticket stating I crossed a double white line. The photos clearly show I am to the right of the express lane. They denied my "dispute" and there is no legal recourse? What a joke of a system. I'd really like to use some choice language to describe this office.
