I was in a pinch and this moving company had availability. I should have probably questioned why they were so readily available, but I was grateful to have the help. I was moving from a storage unit to a POD that was being moved across the country. The company sent two men for the job. They did not tie down any of the items, so they moved around in the POD during the move. They stacked without paying attention to the items they were stacking and many items, including an antique dining table, were severely damaged. The contact that you sign at the beginning alleviates the company of any liability so I cannot recoup any of my losses. Additionally, the men said they were unable to include some of my items, including my $1200 kayak, in the POD. While I understood the limitations, once I had actual professional movers unpack the POD it was clear the kayak would have fit if the POD had been packed properly. Further, I have since contacted the company twice to request a receipt for reimbursement purposes and they have not gotten back to me. If you actually want to keep your items and you do not want them damaged, DO NOT hire this company.

Started speaking with Michael on April 11th. Went back and forth about the items we needed moved for about 4 days. Asked for someone to come take a look in person at the items since they were not normal items on Friday April 19th, didn’t hear back for two days until Sunday. Was told Sunday someone would be out Monday April 22nd to look at everything and we would be good to have it moved by Wednesday. Monday comes, I reach out to confirm the time because he ignored me Sunday when I asked for a time. He says again he will be there Monday morning but still won’t confirm a time, we wait all day nobody shows up. I reach out to get an update at noon today. No answer, nobody returns our calls or texts. It is now 6PM, still nothing. Knowing we have to have these items moved in two days they don’t even have the common decency to say they aren’t coming so that we have time to find another company. I highly suggest you find another company and never reach out to All American Movers.

We contacted All American for our moved from VA to AZ. At first everything about this seems great and easy to setup. Until the day the movers came to pick up our things. The first thing to throw us off was that movers that showed up were from “integrated moving company” (which we had never heard of prior to them showing up at our door) and they showed up without an updated list of our things being moved. Get through loading up the truck and we go to pay and the man with integrated moving company lets us know there would be a 5% credit card fee. If anyone know where you can go to grab a couple thousand on a Sunday….please let me know :) On top of all this whenever we reached out to get a status update neither All American or Integrated moving got back to us. Finally after almost 3 weeks our items show up.. if you can call it that. The truck driver said somewhere along the way something leaked and absolutely ruined our boxes. To the point where we ended up with a clothes box missing because it had to be repackaged. All in all very unimpressed with this whole operation. DO NOT RECOMEND!

This was our second move with Virginia All American and we have had an excellent experience each time. The crew was timely, courteous, hard working and just fun to be around! We hired them to pack, load, and unload and they made each step stress-free. I highly recommend you use them for your next move!!

When I tell you I’m so thankful for this company, please believe it! Their whole team have been AMAZING! They helped with 2 moves in a month and did EXCELLENT jobs with both. First I’d like to address the women that helped schedule everything- so quick to respond, and when I say they both make you smile talking to them from their energy, it was a joy to work with them. I had 2 movers each time. All 4 men- so respectful, worked hard and for things done quickly. They have made my transition into moving into storage spaces to moving to an apartment such a stress free experience. I will use them for every move I have. Thank you team! I’m truly appreciative
