Well they ARE nice.. but unfortunately not very good mechanics or detail oriented in any way. I ALWAYS have to take the car back to fix something they didn't do right. ALWAYS. They ARE nice though and fix it when I bring it back.. so 2 stars. I won’t be going back again unfortunately.. after I bring my car back again on Monday to fix something they hacked. I have a joke.. they named it H AND H because you always have to bring it in twice.

The work was good. I had 2 tires replaced.. the issue I had was because I said no to them getting rid of the old ones I had to hear a joke by one of the employees about maybe I was "going to chop the old tires up and make sandals out of them to send to the poor kids in Africa." I guess they thought I was waiting inside.. I don't know. But I was standing right outside the shop in the door way.. I shouldn't have to, as a black man.. put up with hearing that kind of mess form a should be professional business... you guys can do better as far as making all customers feel welcomed. That was pretty disappointing.

The owner of H & H automotive, and his staff, including Jake, saved the day. We were on a once in a lifetime trip up to Yosemite and had a blowout. Three minutes before they closed, we pulled up. With smiles and appreciation and kindness they took us on and changed out the tire. Couldn’t have done the trip without them. Friendly people, professional work, and obviously willing to go the extra mile. Thank you H and H.

I called no answer I drove there and they had a sign that said on lunch for 2hrs Maybe they should put that on there website So people don't drive there and get disappointed It was 11am when I got there they said 1pm they will be back Only places I know that do this stuff Are companies that don't care about the people that help them stay in business Hope I'm wrong

here's the most honest review you're going to get at first this mechanic shop seemed like a good mechanic shop until I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they did a real inspection on my car because I was still having the same problems come to find out my grandma got charged over $1,200 for half of the work that they were supposed to do it's a rip-off to go here they are disrespectful when you confront them about their wrong doing I ended up having to go pay another mechanic shop to do the work that they were supposed to do and more they are a liar and a cheat do not go to this business
