Purchased a new Kubota LX3310. At 2 hours blew the rear hydraulic block seals (a dealer added feature). Rick M., the saleman, was terrific to get a mechanic out in several hours to repair the issue. At 5 hours right front tire rolled off rim. It was apparently a bead seal leak. But tire pressure (which I had not checked) all the way around the tractor was about 50% of spec. Rick again came through and replaced the tire/rim. New tire/rim also had a bead seal leak. I spoke with service manager Will who said, "You bought the tractor and you own it." Hmmmm. When you buy a new car you expect tires to have the right pressure, the vehicle to be in good working order, and the dealership where you dropped $40k to care. I won't deal with C&N Tractor any more. I'll take my business elsewhere. An independent tire company has put bead sealer on both front tires/rims for me. When you buy a tractor the relationship with service is key. Make sure you like this service department at this place before you buy here.

Had to order parts for an older tractor but they came from two separate warehouses so there would've been 2 shipping charges. I only ordered one part and it arrived in a day. I went elsewhere for the second part which provided free shipping. Aside from kubotas high prices I would shop here again. The guy I talked to in parts was helpful and actually called me back even though the sale ended up being small. He also warned me about the extra shipping charge before placing my order, which allowed my to cancel it. Even though they lost a few bucks the guy had my best interest in mind. He gets an A+

Through the floods of the winter C&N Tractor is open for business. Great management and plenty of inventory to choose from. Mike and the gang have the parts room running, and they keep a very well stocked inventory.

I took my generator in for repair and met the new Service Manager, Steve. He and his team were very nice and made the repairs in just three business days. Steve and the staff are very professional, friendly, and have a can do approach. This was my first time at C&N Tractors and I was very impressed. My repair cost was very reasonable.

Mike Sears is the best sales person there is! He helped us from the beginning to the end to purchase two tractors. He was always available and explained everything we need to know for a smooth purchase. I highly recommend C&N Tractors.
