I have nothing bad to say from the first contact Ms Edna and her team has went above and beyond to help me and my family. And after being turned away from so many companies this company has worked with me and got me moved they handled all my things with care. I ALSO WAS ABLE TO SAVE MONEY ON A CAB. They are very professional and caring they help anyone they could no matter the situation. They were awesome and provided great service that EXCEEDED my expectations thank you so much guys I can’t thank you guys enough! And I was updated every step of the way regarding my move from the movers and customer service they are quick to respond to inquiries or issues

You have been warned! First the packers were great, movers were average when they weren’t smoking weed in my driveway. There were damages and their truck is filthy staining mattresses and box springs. They really messed up my sleep number had no idea what they were doing. Once we presented the damages we were given what I felt to be a very low claim but didn’t want to draw out the process. Well we are on the 4th time trying to receive our claim and we have heard all the excuses. “I’m driving I’ll call you when I can” no calls. “I’m in fort hood on vacation” no call. “I’m in fort hood will get ahold of you” no contact. And finally “do you have a Zelle” which we provided and still have hear nothing. Super disappointed, don’t believe the good reviews that must be bought or fake!

I write this review not in anger but out of extreme disappointment. I had been a client of Econo Move several times since 2000. They used to be excellent. I had no hesitation to call on them again when I needed household goods moved, stored, and then delivered. It was out of town so we did all business by phone, text, email, and credit card. All seemed well...until delivery. They simply lost a queen size oak futon frame, its upholstered futon mattress, a front porch rocker, and a standing mirror was broken. Edna acknowledged, the futon, frame, and mirror. She did not recall the rocking chair. On 2/25/22 by phone she (and her partner/boss/sister?) agreed to send me a check for $350, if I sent them a letter stating that I accepted that offer. I had successful dealings with the several times in the past, so I had no hesitation about promptly sending the letter. I am still waiting for the money. Another reviewer told of their blocking all communications. I have found this to be so. I physically went to the business address given on the website. I was told that for a time they rented a small office and some storage units at that address, but that was at least a year ago. Apparently THEY HAVE NO PHYSICAL BUSINESS LOCATION. MY PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, & EMAILS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED OR IGNORED. I have been told that a couple of years ago the business changed hands. Note that those 4* reviews are at least 2 years old. BE AWARE. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
