I was amazed at Dr. Sheppard's thoughtfulness and the care he took to explain in easy to understand details about my upcoming surgery. I didn't feel rushed and was given the time needed for me to address my questions and concerns. I have already recommended Dr. Sheppard to others. His office staff are just as wonderful and caring.

Dr. Sheppard has wonderful "bedside manors". When he came in the room, he greeted me with a smile. He talked to me like we'd know each other for ever. He took his time & explained my situation. Luckily, for me, I won't have to come back anytime soon. If I need him again, I won't hesitate to give his office a call. His staff went above & beyond for me. I want to thank Dr. Sheppard & all his staff for treating me, with concern, care & respect. THANK Y'ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!

Dr, Sheppard was the surgen who removed my gallbladder. He was comforting and surgery went very well. Explained before and after instructions clearly making the process less daunting and healing more pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone. Staff was very welcoming and comforting as well.

Dr.Shepherd was very thorough and explained my upcoming procedure in great detail. Dr Shepherd is a very educated surgeon and made me feel comfortable in his ability and skills to perform my surgery. He has great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend him.
