Rude, Ghetto and unprofessional. For them for be working with insurance you would think they would have better service but no. I almost had to call the police due to one of there drivers refusing to leave my property. 0 Stars

Horrible experience!!! First time They came , I was almost an hour late to my appointment. Doctors office gave me a chance to come in but said I can't continue being extremely late which is understandable. Second time, They never showed up. I called the office 1 hour before my pickup time and the manager said they already been here. My appointment was at 1:30. I was out on the screen in porch since 11:00. My stepdad which is sick with having Chemo treatments , had to drive me to Cleveland

I was amazed with The Caring Compassion of the driver Sasha and she was driving like a responsible person and She's was very kind to me and I would like to request ENS transit to take me to my Dr. (Hands Down) the best service and Clean vehicle inside and out. A Quality Service Company i would say. (Thank You Sasha for giving me a ride to and from my Dr. 1st ride and hope to see this company on my next appointment. 👌👐

I have tried with this company and they keep messing up everytime. Back in November they took me to my appointment and left me. Yeah the manager said she sent someone to get me but they never showed. I sat there for 5 hours. With proof of the receptionist where I was. Then there have been times they were a no show. But today took the cake. I call to verify my pick up a day b4 and they still did a no show. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BAD SERVICE TO BE WORKING WITH INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY LUCKY I GAVE 1 STAR

This company is horrible. They never pick me up on time to get to my appointment or from the doctor's office. I had to sit for 4 hours after my appointment waiting on them to pick me up. Then she showed up with a kid in her front seat. 🙄 Not a good way to run a business. I will never use them again. Please use another transportation service. This one is a huge waste of time.
