I had been misdiagnosed at the emergency room and had been in a lot of pain and discomfort. Once I explained my situation they made sure to fit me into their already busy schedule as a new patient ASAP. Dr. Contreras & his medical team were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Contreras quickly made me feel at ease. I felt confident that I was receiving expert care I especially loved how Dr. Contreras took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend.

So great to come back to an excellent physician and professional individual well versed and trained in his profession! Support staff was great to deal with as well - very courteous and professional. I appreciate Dr. Contreras level of expertise, gracious share of his time, and knowledge. I look forward to next year's visit!

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Contreras and his staff. His office has a very professional and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Contreras was very informative and made sure that I understood the procedure and the risks involved. He made sure that I could take time to think everything over. I did not feel rushed at any time during my appointment. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Dr. Contreras.

Doctor Contreas is a very caring and is thorough in his examinations. He explains everything to you and is more than happy to answer any of your questions. He takes his time and doesn’t rush you out. To me this is very important, this means that he cares for his patients not like some doctors that just want to get as many as they can through the office daily $$$. I’d say he is very well respected for his dedication to his patients and their eye care.

After an appointment for my grandma with Dr. Contreras, we have never experienced such negative service. My grandma speaks little to no english and he was not patient with her. This the first doctor we have experienced this with and it is sad. He tried explaining the issue with her eyes multiple times and we even had a family member translate better over the phone but then he raised his voice at us became frustrated when my grandma wasn’t understanding what he wanted. We then explained everything he said slowly for her when we got home. The other staff in the office were kind, welcoming and knew how to speak and guide my grandma through tests without being frustrated.
