I am so happy with my experience with GTR auto transport! The driver assigned to deliver my car, Kemran, was very professional and great with communication. I was given a heads up prior to arrival and delivery, and my car was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Literally impossible to get a hold of a driver. Was supposed to pick the vehicle up on Thursday, did not call or contact neither me, the dealership for pickup nor the dispatch all day. I've called numerous times and given wrong times of them picking up all day, and they ultimately didn't even pick the car up on Thursday nor Friday. Saturday they finally pick the car up. I've called numerous times to confirm if the driver will deliver the vehicle on Tuesday so I can plan it accordingly and was told it most certainly will arrive between 3-5pm on Tuesday. I asked if it could be delivered after 6pm so I don't have to take the day off work, never got any response. Took Tuesday off because I have to be there when the car gets delivered. Car didn't arrive until 9:30pm. I wasted the whole day not getting paid for work because of their lack of communication, AND the driver couldn't come to the dropoff point because he drove 11 hours that day and in accordance to the DOT regulations he cannot drive any more. So I had to drive to the driver and pick the car up and drive back. I understand there is traffic and whatever circumstances that may cause delays with pickup and delivery. What I have a problem with is the fact that there is NO communication and being told lies. If there is an accident and it will cause a delay, tell the person at the other end so he doesn't waste the whole day waiting for you.
