SAMSUNG'S SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST. They scheduled our appointment, over a week away. They changed it at the last minute to tried to get us to cancel. When we didn't cancel, they strung us along all day, saying that we are the next appointment, and the tech should be calling at any time. The one time was so comical, they said the tech would be here between 4-6pm FOR OUR 9AM-1PM SERVICE WINDOW, and he would give us a 30 minute call before arriving, but it was already after 6pm when they said this. Then, after never showing up, they told Samsung that they had inspected the unit, and they needed parts to make it work correctly. Samsung, then tried to get us to schedule a second day for them to come out for a second visit, after they never showed up the first time. SUCH A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST! I would never recommend a Samsung appliance again.

Samsung needs to get different company. This company has worst customer service. My fridge is still being fixed (it has been over a month now). Initial delay was due to them trying to diagnose the problem without even looking at the fridge and waiting for the wrong part to come. Come a week later tech shows up and tells us they ordered wrong part and would have to wait additional week for the correct part to come. Come a week later, tech shows up and fixes the fridge but only partially working.... Still having same cooling problem with this fridge. And now I have to wait 2 more weeks for the tech to come and fix the fridge again. This company either needs more techs or Samsung needs to find multiple companies to help with the repair.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator back in April 2023 and a little after a year (May 2024), the refrigerator side was not cooling properly and despite setting the temperature at the lowest setting (34 degrees), 50 degrees was as low as it would get. The freezer was working fine. I called Samsung and they gave me a ticket number and repair contact (HSN) noting that the 1-year warranty had expired. HSN called me within an hour, and I was able to get an appointment about a week later. I was given a 6-hour window, a $95 travel and $125 service call estimates. I had looked at the reviews and was very concerned based on the comments and low ratings. However, the technician called stating he was on his way and showed up with about 30 minutes before the end of the window and was surprisingly friendly, pleasant and thorough. He took apart both the freezer (since this cools the refrigerator as well) and refrigerator and ran diagnostic checks but could not find any problem. He did say that he could try and replace a part (at another time and date and cost) which could be the potential problem but agreed this may not fix the problem anyway, so I declined. He reassembled the refrigerator, and the total charge was $127 for the hour+ work and travel time, which I thought was reasonable. While he did not find the problem, the refrigerator has actually been working fine since, reaching a set temperature of 35 degrees. Given the reviews, I felt I should point out this experience as an exception.

How do you claim to service dishwashers without offering (in)installation, expecting clients to remove the appliance themselves? And when asked for a recommendation for someone who could offer installation services, their response was a condescending "let me Google that for you." If this is the kind of service provider that Samsung recommends then I'll never buy another Samsung product as long as I live - it's clear I'd never be able to get it repaired!

Samsung set me up with this company to fix my dishwasher. It took over a week to get the first appointment. two hours into waiting during a six hour wait period called and said they were not showing up. Couldn’t get me another appointment for another week and this appointment they just didn’t show up at all, didn’t even call. Now they won’t answer their phone.
