I had to leave one star because they are nice trucks we drive but how you are treated is more important!! jz could improve by getting rid of len who promises a pay increase to drivers and does not forfill that promise!! I'm not the only driver this has happened to!! They will hire you on at $22 an hr and promise $25 at a year with increases throughout the year.. Their are drivers here who been driving over 10 years and only make $25 an hr!! Youll be lucky to bring home a consistant $500 a week with a cdl!! I caught him in multiple lies as to why he didn't give me a raise.. He tried to say because an accident buuuut I talked to insurance and know that jz got payed for it not the other way around then he switched to a tire and rim that was replaced. Well I am the one who drove to less schwab He told them to replace a tire that didn't need replaced dispatch confirmed that while i was still their!! He then said he would compare the most profitable truck we have to what my truck brings in, he said if he thinks it compares we can have a sit down and see if I deserve a raise.. multiple people who work for this company will be quitting for the promises len has not fulfilled, I just feel that people should know this before starting with this company!!
