J&M helped to facilitate and move my grandma out of an abusive assisted living home. They sent 2 gentlemen who were on time, VERY respectful and polite, and moved very quickly! We moved my grandma all the way to bay city from lansing, their timing was punctual and their customer service skills were above and beyond. Ultimately an amazing experience and such a big help to our family! If ever in the area again I would definitely use their services and 100% reccomend. Thank you so much J&M for helping work a miracle!

They're the cheapest in town. They picked up& dropped off 20yard dumpster where & when I needed. They didn't tear up my driveway nor yard. Awesome guys & we're very pleasant to speak with. The whole experience was perfect & I would use them again.

Used J&M hauling twice First time the ran into my fence bent the fence post in half, just bad luck or bad driving Second time again they ran into my fence driver gets out and says sorry, no offer of repairing Arrange pick up for Friday, no word just didn't show, call Friday at 5, we will be there before noon sat, again nothing not even a call, Sunday comes and goes along with the $70 delivery fee for my washer and dryer that couldn't be delivered because of said dumpster. Call Monday and the best I get is sorry driver was sick. So that stops your fingers from dialing the phone? Very unprofessional!!! Now fix my fence and pay me back the $70 delivery fee!!! The money you think you save renting from here will be money spent on damage done by the driver or time wasted waiting Zero stars should be a option

Called J & M Hauling for a dumpster, got a good price & they delivered it within 24 hours of my call!!! Quick!!!! Called 5 different places for quotes, J & M was the cheapest & definitely the fastest!!!
