Can’t say enough about the friendly and quick service. Having spent most of my career firing towing facilities from automotive clubs, it’s nice to see a company with integrity and that truly understands how to be a community partner. They came to my vehicle today for a somewhat unorthodox service but they got it done in no time. This after several other places said no.

I have Good Sam Roadside Assistance which McMillen Towing participates. My average wait time with Good Sam has unbelievably been at least three hours. The last one in Bradenton, Florida was 6!!!!!!!!!!. McMillens was unbelievably quick. Less than 15 minutes. Their truck was really efficient. He backed underneath my car and away he went.To be honest, I don't know if he even had to get out of his truck. I was very satisfied with their service, never had one so quick before with a towing service. The driver was polite. I didn't have too much of a chance to talk to to him, because he was so quick. 😄, and that's a good thing!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a towing company. The employee that I spoke too was very rude over the phone after I offered to pay in cash to get my vehicle, he was saying how I should just let insurance handle it. Which they will reimburse me if I pay any out of pocket expense, but the guy wouldn’t listen and wanted to get off the phone as soon as he could. I wouldn’t recommend using this company, especially after losing a vehicle in an accident that wasn’t your fault. After reading some of the reviews, the employees having attitudes seem to be brought up quite often. Please just treat customers with respect, it’s not that hard. Correction; if it wasn’t the owner, then it was employees that treated me very disrespectfully, just because you’re in Florida, does not mean my review wasn’t true.

The best and most professional service I've EVER had from a Tow company they were fast professional polite and caring was in a huge crisis with my truck and they showed up and took care of it wonderfully got towed back to dealer and gave me a ride thank you McMillens I will make sure everyone I know uses you.
