Pam was very professional. After the first company I chose made a mistake with my address, didn’t show up, and could not find somebody for the same day, I decided to go with Pam. She started the WETT inspection and within a few minutes noticed that my woodstove would fail. At this point, she cancelled the WETT inspection and gave me some money back. She has continued to be a source of answers for me as I navigate buying a new woodstove. Fantastic service!

Pam has been exceptional to work with. During my consultation on the phone she answered my million and one concerns and went above and beyond on both the inspection and follow up. We had a very tight timeline and she was able to accommodate. She debriefed with us immediately following her inspection and provided a thorough report. She also offered to continue to advise us as we gathered quotes to perform some of the recommended home repairs. Pam is amazing! I contacted her on a recommendation from my realtor when we were looking to purchase a month or so ago. As the current owner had already had an inspection done, Pam went through everything with me page by page and helped me with a game plan. Rather than just charging me to come and do another inspection, she suggested I put my funds towards a perimeter drain inspection and save $$.
