I never received my package. They picked it up an hour and a half away from my residence. After weeks I finally had to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back. This was the absolute worst experience I have had with any parcel service. I will avoid doing business with any company that uses Nero express going forward. I wish I could start a go fund me to pay other people's shipping so they wouldn't have to go through what I did with this company.

Wreckless drivers. Always driving too fast, weaving in and out of traffic. I’m sure the deliveries will arrive quickly, hopefully not at the expense of their lives or the lives of others. This was on Hwy 33 and Lerdo Hwy. I see this all the time or I wouldn’t have said anything. Do better.

Excellent customer service and care with my order, I missed the first delivery but was able to contact Erik who informed me it would be delivered next day. He was very professional and answered all my questions I had, would definitely recommend anybody who needs heavy freight delivery to this company!

Packages delivered today. A little beat up but contents not damaged. Website for Nero is colorful, but no tracking info, and no one was available for a phone call. Just saying.
