I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Broker, which has proven to be the worst company I have ever booked a load with. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, the payment process is incredibly slow. It took them an unacceptable two months to send my check. This delay caused significant inconvenience and financial strain, as prompt payments are crucial for maintaining cash flow in our business. Secondly, despite my request for Broker to cover the lumper fee, they charged it to me. This added an unnecessary cost and frustration to an already poor experience. Given these issues, I will not be working with Broker again and cannot recommend their services to anyone. My experience has been marked by poor communication, delayed payments, and additional charges0%

To unprofessional to answer like this on request. This is not a game, this is a serious job. My drivers depend on tracking, they are driving every day over 10h. I'm trying to do the best for them, and I get replies like this one from the broker. Really unprofessional.

Honestly, I’ve worked for Open Road Transportation inc!! Ive Got about a year, plus four months!! I don’t recall none of these people u guys are talkn bout..wat I can tell u is this, it is a nice company.. as far as the owner and the and a few dispatcher… and Corey !! if his still there, but if u have any issues. They will talk nice to u about it, then talk bad about u later…put thing on ur “DVR” to make other companies pass on you.. Summer is a back stabbed!!
