Truckers beware!! You better pack a lunch if you have an appointment at 4505 Ameriport - they will schedule you to arrive at a certain time, and leave the truck siting for hours before being assisted. Someone really needs to clean house and start from scratch with that location. There is apparently no one in charge of shipping and receiving.

This is the worst place to load the whatehoise manager has an attitude. They make you wait purposely. Better bring food with you you are gonna wait .

This place should be avoided at all costs! They set one appointment time with the broker, and then when you arrive, they tell you the appointment is two hours later. Those two hours come and go and still no door or load available. Not even one truck has moved in the three hours I've sat here. More and more trucks fill up the lot, and nobody is getting loaded.
