There's a reason why Rickey's has solely 5-star reviews. Communication and responsiveness from Pat was stellar from the get-go, and the entire process from start to finish was 10/10. Pat's team moved my parents from Lafayette to Nevada City, what could've been an incredibly stressful move given they've lived in the same home for over 30 years, but their team made my parents feel taken care of. They were somehow able to fit all fragile items and furniture from a 4 bedroom home/3 bath house into ONE storage unit, INCLUDING a car. Truly mind-blowing, but we are forever grateful! We will utilize Rickey's Moving services again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for a seamless experience.

I would highly recommend Ricky’s Gold country moving! What a great group of guys!They were on time, which is a big plus this day and age, we’re considerate of our every request and made sure they moved and stacked all of our boxes as we wanted. They even came back the next morning which is unusual on such short notice because the truck was too full! What can I say”They saved the day!” Then a week later I decided I needed my hutch moved so I called to see if they could fit me in and they came out free of charge the next morning to move my hutch. They are a really nice group of guys! I highly recommend their services.

My husband and I called Rickey's Gold Country Moving on a Thursday afternoon when our help fell through; Rickey's was available to be there the following morning with a 3-man crew. We weren't prepared, and our three bedroom house had a LOT to pack. They didn't bat an eye. All three movers, Jay, Sergio, and Nick saved our unprepared butts. They all had great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. Our move took more than 12 hours and not once did any of them even sigh in exasperation. Hiring Rickey's Gold Country Moving was hands-down one of the best decisions we have ever made. Thank you for expertly and professionally packing and moving all of our belongings with a smile. Best money we have ever spent! You ALL rock!

Awesome crew, very professional and completed my move in a very timely fashion. Would 100% use again, and 100% recommend! Rickey's did a great job moving a small load to storage about 100 miles away. Phillip was super: arrived on time, while the air was still cool, manoeuvred a tall cabinet expertly without help, stacked and secured everything in the van, drove, waited patiently 1 hr until a manager came to sort out access to storage. And after unloading and thinking the tall cabinet wouldn't fit, he skillfully tilted and swung it in 😄. Professional, happy, polite, helpful, careful. No damage. And Pat Rickey kept the cost down by assigning his strongest guy instead of two. Happy client, will use again.
