No business ethic and completely unprofessional. After my truck was hit with multiple rocks (have video) was able to speak with receptionist ,Tammy, who was rude and tried to say they weren't at fault for any windshield damage and for being on my phone they would report me. Way more than just windshield damage was done. Finally spoke to Jim,the owner, who admitted the truck had an issue with a airbag to completely dump dirt/rock load. Apologized and said would fix damage. After getting estimate and presenting to him, they ignored my emails and calls. What a way to carry yourself and your company name.

Jim Sisemore and the rest of his team are wonderful people to work with. No work that is too large or too small for them to manage. The company is very respectful, timely and does the work correctly.

One of his drivers moved into my lane on highway 65 while I was clearly in his “blind” spot I then had to swerve into the left lane, thank god the car behind me slammed in the brakes or I would have hit them. I honked my horn at him because clearly he was in the wrong expecting him to be apologetic and he proceeded to roll down his window and put his hands into a shotgun motion shooting at me several times and laughing. I took down his truck number and license plate number and called the company, the owner who basically told me that it didn’t matter he probably didn’t see me and his guys are “good” drivers. This is not customer service and he should be concerned with how his employees are driving huge trucks and endangering lives. He’s lucky I am not petty enough to call the police because this was a disgusting turn of events. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
