I started going to Stretch-Out about a year ago for lower back pain and was amazed that after just one visit I was virtually pain free. Since then I've been back many times for various aches and pains ranging from tennis elbow to neck and shoulder pain and I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in. The Harrington Park facility is always clean, comfortable and pleasant, and Lisa is a pleasure to talk with while she works her magic on my various aches and pains. Even when my body is feeling fine I go for stretching sessions to maintain flexibility and range of motion.

Lisa is wonderful! I’ve had chronic back pain for a very long time. After seeing my chiropractor for a few years, I stumbled across Lisa and decided to give it a try. My back pain has lessened drastically after a few sessions with her. This stuff works.

Today was my first session and I was so impressed that I reserved my next stretch with Lisa. I have tightness in my shoulders from sitting at a computer for many years which has lead to a deterioration of my range of motion in my upper body. After one session, my posture has improved and my body feels well rested and energetic. I highly recommend this studio for your introduction to stretch therapy. You will not be disappointed.

I have been stretched by Lisa on several occasions and she is amazing! I was having numbness in my hand from over working and it was gone after my first session. I'm also six months pregnant and experiencing back pain. Lisa was gentle and really took her time catering to me and my belly. Highly recommend Stretch Out.
