Last stop on a 2,900 mile move. My three U-Boxes were shipped here a week ahead of time. Robert and team were very helpful and accommodating when I called to schedule a pickup and trailer to self-tow my U-Boxes for unloading over three days with them swapping the boxes in between. They had all of the equipment ready at the scheduled time and made sure everything was safe and hooked up properly. They even loaded the boxes in the exact order I had requested. One day there was a shortage of forklift staff to swap them, they told me the night before with an estimate when it would be ready and followed through with a phone call the next day to confirm it was good to go (on time per the estimate). Who returns calls these days? I could tell it was an unconventional situation but they handled it professionally and everybody was very personable. I was very pleased with the experience and it really made the unpacking process much easier.

Rent a truck elsewhere! Will always charge additional fees and unadvertised conditions. Predatory practices that will not be tolerated and will be held accountable

This is worst experience I've ever had with a business in my entire life. It took us 3 trips of driving 40 minutes and them canceling our appointment to even have anything done. The first time calling 5 minutes before we were here to say the mechanic just went home and didn't care. The first time I had to make the appointment on my own phone when the employee was in front of the computer to do it. We finally come here a third time and I explained to the manager the issues we were having and even this appt they were 20 minutes late to start. Manager had no sympathy what so ever and was extremely rude and just argued with me. Had a tow hitch put on and 2 hours later the manager Came out saying he tried 3 times to hook it up and couldn't. Then said he would come to our HOUSE over the weekend to finish which after calling corporate they said was absolutely ridiculous. Gave us no receipt, didn't finish any of it, broke the sealing over our window the bill was $50 more than what we payed already. We will never come back to this location again for any reason what so ever. Let's not even add that anytime you call any location number you sit on hold for atleast 30 minutes. I cannot believe this location is even still open.

Worst experience ever from all the locations I ever worked with . The manager of this location needs to learn some customer service skills and how to run a business , very rude and unprofessional, also he auto entitled himself owner, there is no such thing in uhaul, he is just a location manager, this location lost my business period, because of the people working here
