A great facility! Lots of employees in the office with years of experience in the trucking industry. Even after a year, I still like it here, and have gotten my questions answered whether through Workhound or talking directly to someone, even if I had to ask someone with the last name Wilson!

Recruiter would call once a week if your lucky. Would not respond to their texts, would not ever call you back on request, would not respond to many emails and if they did, it was only for their own inquiry (not anything you want to know). Was told to get permit and dot physical (which I paid for) Once you submitted anything, it would be several days and they would ask for that item again without even checking for it. Was extremely frustrating. Then when you call, you will mostly get a voicemail on the first ring and it was never returned. 1 time someone else answered and they asked for the same document I sent a week before and then they said recruiter would call back and they never did. Never gor any of my questions addressed. Finally just went to another company after several weeks of this. However, no reimbursement for the physical or the permit from another place since I already got it for this company. You just don't get anywhere with them. Not sure if it was just my recruiter or every recruiter but in the end, same result.

What a frustrating experience. Paid $200 to obtain my CDL-A permit under the agreement I would be reimbursed. Signed an offer letter, completed my onboarding, and notified my recruiter that I was giving my employer a two weeks notice. Was told that would be fine and the week of my scheduled departure they retracted the offer stating they accepted more qualified candidates. A few days later I received a call that reinstated my offer and was told they would see me on Monday. It’s been radio silence ever since. No itinerary, no communication, no information regarding my flight that was supposed to leave that Sunday. So now I am out $200 and a job after letting them know I was making a career move to better support my family. They let me quit my job, strung me along, and now I am being ignored. Not much of a “family-oriented company” when they put you in a situation that jeopardizes your ability to provide. Now I have to find a job because my position with my previous employer is filled.
