We just had 7 pallets of wood flooring delivered by Darrell Leon. Our house is on a hill and he had to use a hand drawn pallet Jack to get them down to the driveway without letting them roll down the hill. No big deal, they only weighed about 1600lbs each. He’s amazing. What an outstanding level of service.

Received a shipment this morning at my home in Carmel by the Sea. Driver Darrell Leon did an exceptional job. First, he found my house which is not easy for outsiders as Carmel by the Sea does not have regular addresses but physical ones. Mine is San Carlos St. 2SW 9th Ave. He found us with no problem. In addition, I was ignoring his phone calls as I did not recognize the number and thought it was a spam call. But he hung in there with repeated calls until I finally got the idea to call back asap and found him in front of my house. Finally, he was delivering a heavy generator which he courteously wheeled down my long driveway to the garage. Kudos to Darrell for a job well done. Paul Brocchini

Got another delivery today from Wise. Fred was again our delivery guy. He’s awesome. We live in the Santa Cruz Mountains and it’s hard to get deliveries up here sometimes. Fred has delivered literally tons of lumber and building materials to us. He’s always friendly and super helpful. Great happy attitude too. I highly recommend Fred and Wise.

Oscar Meneses was the most amazing delivery person! We explained to Oscar that we were not contacted in advance regarding the delivery, so we had no help uncrating our 400lb bbq. He kindly moved it into our garage, helped us unpack to check for any damage and hauled away the pallet without a moments hesitation. He was kind, pleasant and great ambassador for his company. He made our day!!

Just had Freddy at my house delivering a 500lb+ filing cabinet and he was just AWESOME! Freddy took the time to help me place it where I wanted it and even turned it around when I realized the drawers were facing out. He had great communication before arriving to make sure he knew where he was going. When he arrived he was super friendly and very courteous. Freddy definitely goes above and beyond your standard delivery person. There was also a mix up in my delivery address and the office staff stayed on top of things to make sure that everything was sorted and that I got my cabinet in the same delivery time it was scheduled. Thanks so much!
