I was driving on the highway about to pass their truck when something came off the top of their truck came down and hit my drivers side mirror. Putting a half dollar size hole in it. Plus a few paint chips. I have tried several times to get ahold of them but they don't answer and it goes to voice mail. I have left several messages but they don't seem to care. If that would have hit my windshield it would have been an entirely different situation. Not only was I in the car but my grand daughter also. When it hit it scared her. It is a bill I don't have money for as the estimate is $1200 to have it all fixed. I have a picture of the truck and a very clear picture of the driver. They don't seem to care about taking care of the damage that was caused by their negligence.

I live in Illinois and was heading to Michigan for Memorial Day Weekend. In my travels to my destination on Thursday, May 27th, I was behind a ZFS truck and the driver kicked up a rock and put a good sized chip in my windshield. I took a picture of the truck and the trailer license plate. I had left a few voicemails with ZFS over the next several days and never heard back. I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service.
