Amazing service! Very professional, helpful, and very clear in communicating how the service works and what to expect. All followups and notifications were very proactive. The medical staff also commented (unprompted) about how "together" this business is. I'll definitely hire their service again.

Second Chances is a terrific help to my parents! They respond right away to my requests for transport, and they are 100% reliable. The driver is very kind, professional and safety conscious. They have enabled my stepmom to get to all of her appointments on time. She has used them at least ten times in the past year, and every outing has been comfortable and positive for her. I can’t thank them enough. We very highly recommend Second Chances to anyone who requires transport!

Bus going through Hayward carrying passengers cutting people off, riding bumpers, changing lanes without turn signals and speeding over fast trak lanes over double lines, not to mention being on the phone while driving. Completely reckless attitude while driving at all, let alone special needs passengers. Should have license taken away.
