Don't use them at all they are completely scammer from the beach to downtown Dubai they changed me AED 350, it was only like 12 km. first they will tell you whatever the meter says you have to pay that much but when you will reach at your location they will show you the fake meter and the fake receipt. file a police complain against them they are completely scammer

They pulled us away from the normal taxi at the Dubai Frame, only to put us into a car with a malfunctioning air condition at 46 degrees celcius. We had 2 kids in the car and they almost passed out. Sweating in the cab for almost 30 minutes towards Atlantis, and they wanted to charge us 100 AED. They only went down to 80 AED for a 30 minute ride where 2 children almost experienced a heatstroke. Definitely a scam and i'd say do avoid and just use a verified taxi or a rideshare app.

FRAUD COMPANY!!! I'm a tourist here in Dubai. I stepped out of Museum of Future to go JBR Beach. This driver told me it is a regular taxi. I asked him twice cause and he insisted it is Taxi. He charged me 201 AED and usually it should be around 60 AED. Be careful with this company.

Extremely rude driver with number plate L28132. He came to wrong pick up place. Was just lazy to go around. Told me to come to him and I gave a feedback that is too hot (50c) to walk. Anyway I walked. And once I told that he was supposed to pick me where I pointed he started shouting at me “get out from my car”. I reported it to police and hope that that rude guy will be fined
