I needed to get a boat towed from the street to a storage unit. Their customer service was exceptional! Within 10 minutes they were able to give me a quote and schedule the pick-up. They had the driver out to the location within 30 minutes. The driver was so nice, helpful and patient. If you ever need a tow, this is a great company!

The office texted me when driver will be arriving. The driver, Martin, was very efficient in loading my unstartable 700lb cruiser. I followed him in my car to the shop where my bike would get serviced and he was very quick. Tow was a little pricey but I would rather pay a little more for text updates than wait like a fool for other companies who may make you wait over an hour.

After calling 3 others services, this company was the cheapest at a flat fee of $99. After giving my address the truck was there in 12 minutes! He was personable enough and came across as a honest guy. Also I was expecting to need to push my car to get it in place, but he instead put the car in neutral and rolled it backwards across the long driveway where it needed to be!
