While they did the service, and because the shipment came from china and they chose the NZ arrivals company, I didn’t really have a choice. When I read the invoices, I was certain some of the fees were fictitious. But what could I do? Without paying I couldn’t get my items. They charged $1000 and I still had to pick up. I was snookered. However, they did get the job done, even though they were extremely expensive. The emails they sent were helpful in getting my goods but yes, the cost was extreme considering - but thats what happens I guess. There is a cost with everything.

The cost of the item doubled due to piles of fees, and then a huge service charge at the end. Never use them. They are rip off artists.

Worst customer service. Very rude guy was on the phone. They have collecting $115 extra for every delivery and giving it a name of "no touch delivery". They are ripping people off. Only company in the New Zealand doing this. Already have filed against them. Don't use their service ever.

Avoid at all cost! These people are VERY dishonest. Fictious fees including forestry and port security were put into the price without forewarning. After consulting with others in the industry I found out these were not standard and invented by the company to rip people off. When I enquired about the charges I was repeatedly lied to. You have been warned.

Never use them in Australia, wrost service, was threatened by a customer service lady on the phone. VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE, IT IS NOT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS A GANG.
