I was at the covered bridge, kissing bridge they call it in west mount rose. I always use bobs towing… but this time I thought I would get a closer towing out fit. BIG MISTAKE Active towing hosed me big time . Gave me one price. Then when we were driving he told me the office changed the rate??? 165.00 hook up and 250 km . Well 340 cash from west mount rose to Guelph… if your ever stuck don’t call them they will hose you big time. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Hope this helps if you need a tow don’t call ACTive.

I had a driver named Scott that did amazing manoeuvring work in articulating his flatbed truck in 2 tight confined spaces at both the pick up and delivery locations. He did an excellent job successfully articulating the truck where he needed it and doing fine maneuver to get it right in line, he also brought it down gently and soft. I appreciate the act of going the extra mile to give the customer the experience I expected

My roadside assistance company contracted Active Frank's towing (the pictures show the same truck that assisted me despite the slightly different company name) when the car I was using would not start on Sept 17. Great timing (my roadside assistance rep anticipated within 1 hour, but I received a call right after from the towing service confirming which type of car I had/ which type of equipment was necessary and the driver arrived much faster than 1 hr because they confirmed my car owuld be fine with a hook truck + dolly), communication, the driver went above and beyond to confirm the car was deposited exactly where the owner wanted on his property.

Excellent experience with Active Towing. They were quick to arrive with the Flat Deck we required. The driver (TJ) was experienced, helpful, and kind - my dog who was in the car liked him too which is always a good sign :) I highly recommend!
