We recently moved from The Woodlands, TX to Pagosa Springs, CO and overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Adams Transfer & Storage (Conroe, TX). Our belongings arrived safe and sound, no damage. It was not a perfect move, as they were delayed in getting our shipment to us due to a lack of willing drivers for our move route in the North American Van Lines network. Kudos to Bobby Adams, who personally drove the truck with one of his crew to us to complete the job.

We set an appointment for this company to move and gave a deposit. I spoke to two different people and went over square footage and all the large items to move including them charging me extra for certain items. Day before they pushed us back to later (12-3). They did not show until 530 pm. At this time the movers said they could not move us and left. The dispatcher called and said they thought it was just the items I paid extra for. She offered no solutions and left us with nothing. We ended up hiring another company, paid more money, and didn’t finish moving until 5 am. Do NOT hire this unreliable and unprofessional company!

The hold you stuff until you pay them double of what they told you. Only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. My move was over $6000… they also only have one employee

Adams Transfer & Storage Company did an amazing job with our move from Conroe to Orlando Florida. Bobby Adams came out and walked thru the process with us and provided a budget friendly quote. The movers did an excellent job packing us up, taking extra care and packing with fragile items. They were very professional and also personable. Our furniture and belongings were delivered on schedule as promised by an awesome driver & crew that unloaded everything and put it where I ask. We have never made a move of this caliber and would like to thank Adams Transfer & Storage Company for making it a great experience.

I want to thank Adams Transfer & Storage Co for a great commercial/office moving experience. The crew was on-time and very time efficient from start to finish. The movers were friendly and courteous, and put forth extra effort to make sure everything was properly wrapped/prepared and every item was moved with care. Very nice guys. Mr. Bobby Adams gave me a very competitive estimate beforehand, and the final invoice came in under estimate. I highly recommend Adams Transfer & Storage Co, and I'll confidently refer their services to my family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors.
