Don’t want to pay detention on loads. I’m not asking that much, just to pay the driver for his time. They’ve denied. Careful when you book your next load with this broker. LOAD# 5098788

Aden logistics picked up a load from our facility for a 3rd party. The 3rd party ended up being a scammer, Ebony, Eddie and Crystal did their absolute best with recovering our material. They were all very communicative and quick with responces. With their quick efforts we were able to recover all of our material and in good condition. They went above and beyond for us and we are not even their customer. They reacted quick and professional. Ebony was there for us and fully invested in getting our materials returned. I cannot thank Aden Logistics enough for their help with this and hope to work with them in the future!

I called and had a carrier compliance question. I was put on hold for eleven minutes. I called back and spoke to the same person. He did offer any explanation just put me hold for another fourteen minutes. There must be something off with these guys. I just saw the reviews while on hold for the second time and they did not contest a review for non payment. I may have dodged a bullet for my company. This review was made while on hold 3/4/2004@11:32AM.
