I would highly recommend Affinity Transit to anyone who needs transportation for their elderly parents. I booked a stretcher transportation appointment with them this week for my grandma who is dealing with some health complications. It was difficult for me to find a company that would be able to provide this service because it wasn’t urgent & also because I don’t live in LA anymore. Their company was recommended to me by the hospital my grandma was staying in and i’m so glad that they did. The unit #17 arrived to take my grandmother home & they were indeed professional & very careful when transporting my her. They were extremely genuine & made my grandma feel safe during transport. This was big to me because she has had bad experiences with other transport companies in the past & I just felt like they should be recognized for their amazing customer service!

Highly recommend for anyone looking for medical transportation. This family owned business puts so much care and love to their work and business. Overall my experience with Affinity Transit was 10 out 10 with great customer service and friendly faces.

I have been using Affinity Transport since they started. They are not only reliable, but are on time, efficient, safe, courteous, caring and prices are very reasonable. Tino the owner is personally involved in many of the transports and takes a close interest to make sure everything is done well. I recommend them.highly and I use no other service. Michael Galyon

I was on my way to work when I got a flat tire on the 405 freeway. I got off on the first exit and pulled over to the side of the road. I happened to pull behind an affinity transit van driver named Tino, who was in the middle of changing his flat tire. He saw my flat tire and asked if I needed help. I politely declined and said I was going to call roadside assistance. He said it wouldn't be any trouble and that he can do it faster by the time roadside assistance would arrive. I agreed, and with his tools, we were done in less than 5 minutes. I couldn't thank Tino enough as he went above and beyond for a complete stranger who he saw needed assistance. Tino's actions turned my day from a rough start in the rain to a small bump in the road. If you are in the LA area, I highly recommend requesting Tino as your driver.
