I honestly believe some of these reviews are false. I have had such a hard time with my delivery, At first it stated AIT then I was given a number to this company, who did play Frank Sinatra as the hold music. I finally spoke to someone and they were polite but once again it was confusion, from now on when orders are for home delivery I will not use AIT. ‼️Update on the delivery process. When it came down to All Island Courier they were professional, there was a young man from Trinidad and his partner superb service. All Island do not work with AIT

Had bad luck with a less experienced courier delivery to midtown Manhattan. Desperate to get the promised item to NYC, I called Dawn at All Island. The parcel was picked up minutes later and delivered in a couple hours. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks!
