Eric Wright is the truth. He checked in on us regularly and made sure we understood everything in the contract. He made us feel that it wasn't about the money at all but made us feel like family and that our move was smooth and stress free. It was hassle free and a great transition. The moving crew used was led by Richard. They were the best crew that I have ever had move us. Richard was so polite and really took care of our things. Both Eric and Richard are men of character. They did what they said they would do and have morals and values that showed in all that they did. If you are moving and have the pleasure of having Eric and Richard involved, you will be writing the same review. Thank you, Eric and Richard.

100% SCAM. Do not trust them. They are nice until after your card goes through then you can not get anyone to answer your call without hanging up in your face. Do not trust them you will regret it 100%. They tell you what you need to hear to get your money. When you call back with concerns, thats when you start to realize you have been scammed. The supervisor Carlos tries to help customers as much as possible but the entire company deserves negative 5 to O starts. The only reason I would give them not a negative number is because the one supervisor tries to listen to customers and help.

I can recommend American Way without hesitation and will request/hire them for our next military move (fingers crossed we don't have to move again!). We'd just finished a whole home renovation and they took fantastic care of everything. Coverings on door frames, cardboard and roll carpets wherever box dollies were used, not a single mark I could find on the walls etc. Boxes were handled with care, placed where my wife directed, and stacked as orderly as could be expected in a several hundred box chaotic move. The admin team at the warehouse was exceptionally accommodating with some rescheduling flail due to our reno contractors taking longer than expected. They also helped arrange a quick box pick up after our garage was full of empty broken down boxes and we'd hoped to get cars out of the weather. They also pulled a scooter and motorcycle off the truck from Florida before they went into long-term storage during our renovations so we'd have fun things to ride during the months we were under construction. I could go on and on but these folks were truly professionals that made our move remarkably painless. Thanks American Way! Chris & Tammy

American Way has made the entire move process simple and effortless on our part. From working with Angie to get it scheduled, to having Thomas come out to do the pre-move survey, to having Brandon’s team (Doug, Jay, Lorenzo) come out to pack and load the truck, it has been the easiest move we have ever had. I’m sure our household items are packed and stored properly. Brandon’s team was professional, willing to answer all our questions, and ensured all of concerns were addressed and taken care of. Thank you guys for making our move so easy!!!!

The thought of packing and moving from Ohio to Florida was daunting, but after contacting American Way and meeting Eric Wright our minds were put at rest. Eric did a thorough search and review of the contents of the house and provided a quote that we approved. Everyone we dealt with were professional, courteous and efficient. Just a great company to work with and we would highly recommend them. The packing team was great. The truck driver (Bobby) and other loading person were fantastic. They were able to unload in Florida a few days earlier than we expected which was great. All communication was timely and Eric made frequent phone calls with us during the process to insure our satisfaction. They exceeded our expectations!! Thank you.
