This service really does live up to its name: "Act Of Kindness." They literally went the extra mile to make my dad as comfortable and relaxed as possible during a 500-mile drive to a nursing facility. The business owner, Robbie Rivers, texted and called me from the road with status updates and was very responsive every time I checked in. He is sweet, attentive and engaged. Robbie and his crew showed my dad gentle and dignified care, including changing his clothes and helping him clean-up a couple times along the route, and stopping to get some snacks Dad craved! AOK usually handles local transport; long trips are unusual. But Robbie and his team demonstrate genuine concern for their clients no matter the distance -- I could tell from our first conversation when he asked all the right questions. Dad arrived safely and very obviously well-cared for JUST as I trusted he would. Our family is extremely grateful to have found them.

We dealt with A'Ok transport to move my uncle from Rockingham to Rock Hill and he was great, we previously were gonna move him but it didn't work out, but Robbie act A'Ok was awesome he handle everything to a tee. Would highly recommend Act of Kindness to anyone needing transportation, way to go Robbie thank you very much
