Choosing Pole Position Carriers was the best choice I could have made for my moving needs and the best money I have spent in a long time. They relieved so much of the stress that comes with moving. Alex, Kelly and Clint are the greatest! Super nice and fun to chat with them. They showed up early and ready to go, worked super-fast while also being so diligent to make sure to handle my belongings with care. My move in date was changed last minute and they were so accommodating, helping me reschedule and being sure I was taken care of. Price was such a great deal and 100% worth it. Responsive, fast, helpful, trustworthy, overall A+ experience.

Horrible service that overcharged me and broke my stuff. I was charged 3x what I was quoted even though I had less stuff than was quoted for. The two items that they wrapped and charged me for were the two items that got broken. The customer service agent I spoke with even told me "if the broker actually quoted what their fees cost no one would use their services". When my stuff finally arrived 20 days later the boxes were mangled and I can't believe there were only 2 broken items. They stuff your stuff into a semi truck (see photo) that is crammed up next to other peoples stuff. They know that they are overcharging people and because they only take cash there is no way to recall the charge after. Plus after they left my house I went outside to find all of their cigarette butts all over my driveway. They must have been smoking like crazy because there were a ton of them and the garbage can was right next to their truck. Would NOT recommend their services to anyone!!!

Pole Position guys did an amazing job for us. Our original movers had a last minute failure and we had to Google last minute a new company. Pole Position guys were near by and available. They were able to come in at short notice. The team at our origin has been amazing. They wrapped our furniture meticulously and they offered great pricing on packing materials. Delivery to New York took a little longer than we hoped a total of 8 days. This was the only negative part. Communication was great and all our property is in original condition.

My son just got a job on the east Coast and had to move his small young family. He is currently trying desperately to rent a U-Haul because these clowns are claiming they can’t deliver to his apartment complex, even though many of his neighbors say that trucks come and go all the time. Of course the company is willing to rent a truck for an additional $600 that he doesn’t have, so now he’ll have to go to a rest area to remove his stuff off the truck. Full service? Not so much. Extortion? More like it… Did I mention that customer service hung up on him?
