Been here since november as a regional driver, 5 days out 2 home every week. Im on a first NAME not number basis (which to me is how every company should be) with everyone from the maintance department to the president of the company. There is a definite family vibe here. My dispatcher will not go to sleep until he knows each of his drivers are safe and on time. (Yes i have my dispatcher's cell phone number). I see him almost weekly when i am in the yard face to face. And as far as john mast, the president, very very nice guy. Id rate 10 stars if i could

I very much liked being employed at B&L. My trainer was knowledgeable and always willing to help. The rest of the dispatchers and planners and bosses were always there to support, and when I did mess up I was held accountable without feeling ridiculed. My drivers were some of the best people and hardest workers I ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are willing to try and do better than you did the day before and want to work, and if you can have some empathy and put yourself in the place of the driver, I highly recommend applying for a job dispatching for Jon Mast. I have a great amount of respect and appreciation for the entire B&L team.

Most of the guys that rated B&L 1 star didn’t want to work or was just flat out lazy... It’s like any other job but they do there best to meet your accommodations and take care of your needs. Great equipment, the mechanic shop is good and fast.. the office staff is great hands down from the boss to the cleaning lady in the evenings.. if you want to make good money and take care of yourself or your family give lance a call..trust me you will not regret it. I’ve been there for a year and I’m more ahead in life than I ever was with any other trucking company through the years..like I said If your not afraid of work and you’re a hard working male or female that’s tired of living from check to check give them a call ..you’ll thank me later!!!

B&L Transport is the best company my wife and I have ever drove for. The people are awesome their company policies are more than fair to the drivers. They do what they say and there's no bull to go along with it. And they pay well and on time. It's just a great company All the way around. We plan on staying with B&L until we retire,God willing.
