I have a short bus and broke down today in Yadkinsville. I have AAA and they couldn’t find anyone who would tow me. I called these guys and they came right out to me. They sent Faith she was awesome what a boss lady and got my bus to my house if I ever need to be towed again she will be getting a call from me Thank You so much Faith you are a awesome person

The person at the center or should I say the person working on the side entrance was very rude. I understand if the woman working is just a cashier but no need to be so rude. Absolutely so rude. Car got towed and the guy who picks up the phone was also very rude and only cared to tell us about the hours and not where to get help. He told us to talk to the woman at the office and we went and she told us she couldn’t help us. Where am I supposed to get help? The Woman was so rude. When I went to get the car she wouldn’t even let me walk in.

Crooks!!!!! Do not use this service at all! My elderly mother’s car got towed and when I called they said they are open till 5pm, nobody ever mentioned that if you dont come right away that there is a fee. The manager rudely spoke to me on the phone saying: he is not required to notify of any fees. What kind of service is this????? Front office lady needs to learn manners, manager’s work is unacceptable! Absolute disgrace to America! I will write a note to my HOA to terminate any contracts with this company for their behavior.

My son broke down on 66 heading home from work. A State trooper pulled up and explain to my son that the car has to get off of the interstate, my son also telling the trooper AAA was on the way but the officers insisted on having the car towed off the highway, the tow was less than 3miles if that to a parking lot.when it was time to pay my son said he was going to use his Apple pay the trooper told him that the tow truck company takes it and debit or credit cards, that's not the case, cash only, driver insisted on cash, over 200 dollars maybe all parties are to get it straight and figured out beforehand, kickbacks??

Sucks The company doesn't actually do anything useful. They towed my car from parking for which I pay. Then you come to their office to get it for 200$. They tow your car after 8pm, this way they get extra 30$. This is how they make living. Look at other reviews.
