Illegal company that needs to be shut down …. Or investigated they towed my car and the guy did not want to tell me originally where my car was, they demanded 500 dollars cash only n claim that no credit cards allowed which is illegal to do in the state of California. At this time since I came to collect my car less than the hour it was towed legally by the state of California they should disclose the car n provide u with the ability to take the car at the law office rate. U need to call the law office and ask what the towing rate is and that’s what they need to charge and by law they have to take credit card

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Be careful taking your car here. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to work with you. Horrible communication skills about how to pay to get your car taken out. One guy tells you one thing and someone tells you another. Horrible horrible horrible I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolute nightmare dealing with these guys.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. Very unprofessional and rude. Brian actually hung up on me and did not show up to our appointment. I was very polite as I know that you catch more bees with honey. He hung up and gaslighted me acting like he never talked to me. Don't use this company, they will not provide you with reasonable service and you will be very disappointed.

Although this place towed my truck and I had to pay some recovery fees the fees were very affordable the staff was very friendly. They were even able to work with me on a pickup day and some other things. I appreciate the clear communication a lot of times in the tow industry it's very cutthroat ruthless and people don't know how to be tasteful I'm glad I had the opportunity deal with a company that cares about their reputation and their clients!
