My truck broke down 2hrs away. Ceser sent his tow truck to get me. Diagnosed the problem. Got the parts and had them on the next day. Very professional reliable service. Highly recommend him to everyone who drives box trucks in the bay area!!!!!!!

As an owner of a few truck so I can tell you finding a good mechanic is near impossible. I had one of my trucks start acting up while my driver was driving. I had already come to the conclusion that it was most likely a fuel filter. I found this place from calling around to other shops and was referred. I cannot emphasize how quickly, efficiently, and educated the people here are. They swarmed onto the truck like vultures, they test drove, diagnosed, and resolved all of the issues within the hour. Now I can’t say this will be the same experience for everybody because they may be busier at different times. What I can say is that they are honest, truthful, knowledgeable and professional. My trucks are all over the country and I will purposely go out of my way to use them again in the future . Thanks again guys

We have a moving company, We have worked with them for 3 years, and I introduced all of my friends to them , and my friends are all very happy to work with them, good experiences every time! I still remembered that the first time I met the guys, it was a heavy rain day, our truck totally stop at a crossroad where’s just a highway exit way ,it’s really dangerous, I called so many companies, no one want to come, I got their number from my friend,I already gave up,just tried to call, they answered my phone immediately, and sent the two mechanics, they fix the problem with only one hour. But before that, we just tolled our truck to Peterson truck center, they gave me the estimate which is $6800, and not sure the final bill, we already spent over $12000 , repaired it two times! After we just fix it ,not more than one month, there are three cods came out, and I tolled the truck back to them , they gave me another huge estimate , We tried to drive it back to company,it stopped on the way! It’s unbelievable, I just paid two hours minimum! The guys explained to me about the codes, it’s really not problems, they are very nice and very professional! The truck we used it for three years, there’s no any problem with it! Believe or not , try them one time, you will go with them, they saved my business, fix the truck, we made money to buy two more trucks, don’t go to Peterson truck, if you have so much money to waste and don’t care about money, or big companies have money to pay for the huge bills, then go !

Scheduled to come to our yard for a PM, oil change, and some minor repairs. Assured me they would be in by 1. Called them at 3, talked with Cesar the owner, and he told me he was too busy and elected to not come in. No call, no apology, just that's the way it is. And they are the ones that scheduled it.

Horrible service!! appointment is rescheduling for weeks, and if they arrive, they are 4-5 hours late. They always find reasons to not finish the job to the end!
