I was assigned this company by Montway to take my Jeep from the Boston area to San Diego. They called me one random evening asking if they could pick my car up the next morning, very rushed but I was around so I agreed. The estimated delivery date was June 24-26th. These dates worked perfectly with my arrival to San Diego. However it ended up being delivered on June 18th, so a week prior to my arrival. Therefore I couldn’t inspect the vehicle for damage until I arrived on the 25th. The driver sent me photos of it being delivered over text, but just so happened to leave out the photo of the huge new gash in my hard top, exposing fiberglass shards. This new damage was also not reported on the drivers inspection report. I noticed it immediately upon my arrival. The driver refused responsibility and first said he had no idea how it could have happened. Then he changed his answer to “It split open on its own from a previous repair it could have had”. There was no previous repair that could have split open. Also this damage is a clear blunt force. I have evident before and after images proving the damage occurred while the car was in their possession. They use an electronic document platform where the drivers also upload their before and after photos. And there are photos uploaded by my driver that shows the damage was not there on the day of pick up, but was upon delivery. My driver (Ucha) refused to give me any email or numbers for who I should contact and has stopped responding to me totally. Coincidently, the number on their Google site gets immediately declined. I have filed claims with photo evidence directly to their company emails and have received radio silence. I rarely take the time to write reviews , but when it’s something serious, like a car and over a $1000 payment, I think it’s worth taking the time to share my experience to help other people avoid them. I see some drivers have good reviews but unfortunately I was paired with an irresponsible one who cannot take responsibility for his work. Hopefully this message will grab their attention and they will contact me before legal action is taken. (First photo is my undamaged roof the day the jeep was picked up).

They ruined my daughter’s Jeep hardtop, and did nothing to help rectify the situation. Insurance they offered was useless. They took no responsibility despite the evidence shown by before and after pictures.

Ivin is the worst sales rep ever. My car came in with a missing spoiler. At the time of payment, Ivin mentioned that he would take care of the expense and reimburse for the loss. He has not been answering calls since the time car was delivered. Sergey is one if the owners but it is very difficult to reach him too. I would recommend to go with someone who is a bit expensive so you can be rest assured of the car.
