I am would love to give 1 star because of the Methodist location. It is the worst. A few of the nurses are friendly but the front desk staff is HORRIBLE! The doctor is so freaking amazing! Such a wonderful doctor and person. Too bad he can’t choose his front desk staff. The ruin your whole experience. However, since the doctor is genuinely caring and sweet he deserves his 5 stars!

I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Pritchard conduct my thyroidectomy. He was very thorough and explained the pros and cons of my surgery outcome . He provided all the necessary components of different surgeons that would be a part of my surgery and respected my opinions and decisions. He is very hands on before, during and after the procedure. Although my surgery was outside the realm of standard, he made sure he knew what was to be expected. Dr. Pritchard is a very professional and skilled surgeon and I highly recommend him. He did an amazing job and I’m grateful for him and how he performed my surgery. Thank you, Dr. Pritchard!

Dr. Prichard is thorough, very knowledgeable, has great "bed-side" manners, and gives you, as the patient, complete insight in what the issues are by utilizing technology, and showing the patient that technology. He methodically takes you through the issue, options, and suggested course of action for addressing the issues, and then gets you on the schedule for a timely resolution.

Explains the procedure, answers questions, gets it done. Cut and dry. Easy to schedule with and easily located off the Katy Freeway. Methodist Hospital, where my thyroidectomy was, is phenomenal. Partners quickly return calls if Dr. Prichard is not available. Highly recommend!

Great experince. I went to see an ENT after battling an ongoing sore throat for 3 weeks. I was very frustrated because every doctor I went to said it was allergies and would send me on my way. However, I was still suffering and no prescriptions were helping. I decided to make an ENT appointment and Dr. Prichard was the first one available. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Prichard is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the resolution and will be recommending this practice to everyone just because of him!
