We were referred by a friend that had a positive experience. Ours was not. Poor office management. Office is difficult to reach. Calls get sent to voicemail. Voicemail is full. Salesperson was a no-call/no-show. If you can’t complete the preliminary steps to get a client to sign on the dotted line with you, then you certainly aren’t reliable to deliver a house worth of furniture 1100 miles.
