I called around 9am and he answered, but I couldn't hear any speaking, so I decided to hang-up and call again only to get yelled at how hard he works and how I need to give him a bit and not keep calling constantly. For one thing, I called twice and I only called the second time because I couldn't hear him, I guess that's because he "butt" answered it, but was too stupid too know and take it out on me. Don't worry, I won't ever call you again. The way he screamed at me, I didn't even respond and just hung up and called Abe's who were wonderful to deal with.

Mr. Cramer towed my car from my home to a dealership. He was careful, knowledgeable, a very pleasant to work with, and did not rush. He took great care of the car on both ends. and made it to the dealership promptly. Very personable.

He came and picked my car up quickly and I didn't even have to worry about being there for it. He was excellent at communicating when he was picking up my car and when he was getting to the shop so I could meet him there. He even texted me confirmation pictures so I knew everything was good!
