They were able to find a carrier that could pick up the car on the first day that it was available and worked to keep the price within the expected range. The carrier team was professional, took great care of my car, and coordinated helpfully with me on both the pickup and delivery days. The Mercury team also followed up with me to ensure that everything went well. Jim reached out to us shortly after we began our inquiry into auto transport from California to South Carolina. The professional email I received from him at Mercury Transportation set him apart from the numerous text messages that I received. Once I reached out to Jim he communicated with us every day to assure us that he was working on getting our transport arranged. After a week we were able to chat by phone to discuss ways to narrow our options. Mercury transport provided us with access to tons of documents and videos to help us understand the transport process. Once Jim located a transport company he stayed in contact with us making sure that things were moving forward and that we were satisfied. He also provided a helpful step by step checklist to guide us through the delivery process. I am not sorry that we used Mercury Transport as our transport broker. I would like to take the time today to write a review to highlight the excellent service I received from Spencer Thomas (Agent) with Mercury Auto Transport. Spencer was AMAZING to work with! I began working with Spencer back in mid-February 2024, requesting a car shipping quote from San Francisco to Atlanta for an original shipping date of early May 2024. I received a very reasonable quote and confirmed the deal shortly thereafter. However, life got in the way and a number of setbacks on my end forced me to push back the shipping date multiples times. All throughout this process, Spencer was so very flexible and easy to work with. He was also extremely good about communication, always letting me know when the impending shipping date was and checking if that shipping date worked for me. I am happy to say that I finally was able to ship my car with Mercury Auto Transport in late August 2024 and I couldn’t have been happier with that process. My car arrived safely and in perfect condition to Atlanta recently, and I am so very grateful to Spencer for being flexible and working with me throughout this entire process. For those of you who don’t know (just like I didn’t know before I shipped my car recently), the car shipping process is a very fluid process and oftentimes there’s a lot of “moving parts” to the process so sometimes dates of pickup and drop-off may change slightly, and even prices may even change slightly too based on supply and demand, but Spencer was completely transparent about all of this from the very beginning, explaining how the process works and letting me know if there were any updates he would let me know immediately, and that’s what he did throughout the entire process. He was so excellent with his communication and with being transparent and upfront about everything that I can’t underscore how much I appreciated that enough. I am so glad I went with Mercury! I did shop around and was initially going to choose a company I have used before but they didn’t greet me nor did they want my business so I looked elsewhere and I’m happy I did. I was helped by Michael from beginning to end. The same day I booked with him he was able To find a driver that could pick up my car in 2 days!! The driver picked up my car on a Friday evening in CA and it was delivered to GA, Monday afternoon! I cannot believe how quickly it had made its way there! My parents were happy to have their car and raved about how prestige it looked. I will post pictures and videos below of when I dropped of the car and when it was picked up. If you have a vehicle you want to transport and want a professional company to do it, please do yourself a huge favor and choose Mercury Auto transport! You will not regret it.
