I reached out to Unruh Law in early June 2024 regarding a VA tort claim. I filled out their online intake form and then received multiple daily calls and texts asking me if I was still interested in their services, as if they hadn't registered that I filled out their form. Each time I responded that I had filled out their form and asked them to confirm if they received it - no response. Finally, after a couple of weeks of this, one of their intake specialists, Nonhlanhla, called me and I outlined my case. She had a few additional questions so we spoke again one more time in late June/early July. She said she would get everything to the attorney and I would hear back soon. It's been a month and a half and I have not heard anything back. I've emailed several times asking if there is any update and not received a response. After a month had passed, I called and was connected to Nonhlanhla and she said the attorney was very busy but she expected she would have an answer by the end of the day. That was two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. Based upon the prior reviews it appears as if this law firm has helped several veterans and that is amazing. I wish I knew the secret sauce those veterans used to get the firm to be responsive to them! UPDATE 8.28.2024: I received an email telling me I received a response to my review stating "We would be honored to work with you." When I checked the review online, it had been changed to "It's been a pleasure working with you!" The inability of this firm to communicate clearly appears to be an ongoing problem.
