This is Daniel Martin. My wife is 100% correct! The movers were kids that didn't care how they threw our boxes around. Valuable items were broken. The small box truck they brought was too small to hold what a large size Uhaul would have held. A cabinet leg was broken off, scratched up washer and dryer that was only 3 months old. As my wife stated, she called to complain after we opened multiple boxes and unbelievable how much was broken. They never reached out to us because they do NOT care! Use another mover unless you don't care about your personal items. I called the better business bureau and they're not listed. What does that say for this so called moving company.

Couldn’t imagine having a better experiencing with movers. We have moved quite a few times in the last few years and once had a horrible experience with a well known moving company. We looked around and decided to try G&D after being recommended from a few good friends and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The owner of the company takes the calls and is present at the move. He communicated clearly and showed up early to our appointment with more help than originally stated. We moved a 3 bedroom house with attic and basement in less than the originally quote time. He was very respectful of the time and not taking longer than needed for any task knowing this was an hourly job. He helped my husband load his trailer making less trip time. All around great people and wonderful experience. Would use again and again if needed! Thank you G&D!

Do NOT use these movers. They hire teenagers to move your things. I have used them 3 times and this last time they threw my boxes around and I had multiple things broken in each box. They broke a leg off of an expensive cabinet. Scratched up a new washer and dryer. I called to complain because I was so disgusted with what they had done. Had to leave a message and no response! I was charged $1285 for a move from Austell to Hiram. I was told they dont have much business now because of the economy. I guess they made it up with my move. If you don't want valuables ls broken, then find another mover! I will never use them again.

We hired G&D movers in April 2024 to do a long range move 75 miles away . Dennis and his crew were very competitively priced and extremely professional with entire move. They know exactly how to pack a truck to be sure to protect your valuables. We are extremely pleased with G&D and will use them again.
