The most unprofessional Dr's. Office I ever went to. If you need to speak with someone, make sure your phone is fully charged. It may take hours. If they pick up the the phone.

UPDATE: I was able to get my epidural injection but there was a long wait time for this appointment as well. I spoke to the office manager the front desk person, the PA and the doctor and express my displeasure about this and the need to address this. I suggested they start checking their Google reviews. They assured me they would look into this and try to resolve some of these problems. Time will tell. This office was one of several I had a choice to use for pain management which accepted my insurance to treat significant stenosis at two levels in my lumbar spine. The first time I saw the doctor I waited 2 hours to be seen, despite having an appointment at a scheduled time. I brought my MRI disc with me to this appointment and expected that it would be copied into my electronic medical record. Apparently, however, this did not happen as when I went to the office in follow-up, the doctor didn't seem to know what I was there to be treated for. As a result, the epidural injections that I was referred for have been delayed for weeks. To date, I have still not received the spinal epidural injection I require, despite being in a great deal of pain. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone actually IN the office when you call. You wait on interminable hold only to determine that your call is being answered by a call center and not by the office staff and the only thing they're empowered to do is to "send a message" to office staff with the promise that you'll be called back but you never are. I am in a bind because I need these injections but I feel like I'm stuck in limbo and unable to get them between my insurance company and this office's poor management.

Very disappointed! I filled out all the paperwork online only to show up to the office for check-in and was told to fill out the same paperwork again that I did online and with an office staff on the phone. After arriving 45 minutes early and completing all the paperwork again, I was there for 1.45 hours and never was called. I said excuse me, but I had a scheduled appointment, when do I expect to be seen by the Doctor? Oh, he has three patients before you. I said, sorry you overbooked the calls, but you are the most useless pieces of S--t that I have ever been introduced to in the medical professionals system. Several people in the waiting room were complaining about the extremely unbelievable misrepresented staff. I found out it is nothing but a call center and you are not talking to any office staff. Rude Spanish biatches in the office. DON'T GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE WAITING FOREVER 🚫

Was recommended here for pain management. The initial call, the person on the other line did not understand anything that I was saying to him and I had to pretty much edit all of my information on my first visit. Had an appointment around lunch time, waited for almost an hour, when I saw the office staff walking back in from lunch. FInally got back to the room and was being seen by Dr Feit. I told them I had like 10 minutes as my appointment was from an hour ago and I had to get my son from school. It seemed like I was the inconvenience when I said this. Had to get a shot in my knee, a couple weeks later, the tech who was prepping me was answering his phone calls to take care of personal business. Ended up in the hospital that night due to a freak reaction to the shot, as I was told. Will not be returning to this office.

Maldonado failed to submit request for approval for nerve block injection that was promised me. The approval normally takes 2 weeks to receive. As of day before yesterday, it's been over a month. Today I called Maldonado and was told by Mariana (office manager) that somehow they failed to submit the request for approval, and told me I would need to wait another 15 days. Maldonado has me on Codeine and after a month it is no longer taking the pain away. Mariana said she would talk to Maldonado and call me back in 5 mins. She did not call me back. When I called back she didn't even take my call. She had her phone attendant tell me the doctor refuses to provide me with the nerve block until he is sure he will be paid by the insurance company. He wants to make sure he gets paid but doesn't give a damn about my sciatic pain. So Maldonado wants me to wait for him to submit the the documents he failed to submit OVER A MONTH AGO. No way! I demanded to be seen immediately and get my nerve block. My Sciatic pain is unbearable at times. The additional pain and suffering this is causing me and will cost him if he doesn't solve this problem by simply giving my injection. that he told me I would be getting sometime over 2-weeks ago. I have already reached out to my attorney. I am going after him and his practice. His Mal Practice insurance is going up. My health insurance company will also be notified of his failure to act in the first place, and his failure to provide a reasonable solution. Pain and suffering are no joke. Blowing a patient off that is suffering suffering and pain is bad, but failing to follow through with treatment of the patient is even worse. The courts tend to look down on negligent doctors and ordering big payouts to patients. I need pain relief, instead I am getting ignored by my doctor. Stay away from this doctor, he doesn't care about this patient. Most likely he is just a giant jerk and won't care about you either.
